University of Pavia - Dept. of Electronics - Microwave Lab

Claudio Lenzi was born in 1985 in Pavia, Italy. He received the MS degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pavia, Italy, in April 2013. His thesis was entitled "Electromagnetic technique for radar data inversion through Artificial Neural Networks for Breast Cancer Detection". From November 2013 he attends the Microwave Lab as Ph.D. student. His research activity is focused on studying of non-invasive time-domain EM-techniques, based on use of Artificial Neural Network, for detection and recognition of buried dielectric anomalies. The principal aim of his work is centered on diagnostic medical applications with particular regard to breast cancer detection and on numerical modeling of bio-electromagnetic interaction.
